The Computer Control Safety Valve Test Bench adopts an advanced system design combining a pneumo-hydraulic clamping system with air-driven gas booster pumps and optional liquid pressure sources.
The clamping pressure source and the test pressure source operate independently. During testing, the pneumatic control hydraulic clamping device provides adjustable and stable clamping force, while the air-driven booster pump supplies smooth and controllable test pressure.
A pressure gauge is installed to display the clamping force in real time. A comparison table between clamping pressure and clamping force is provided, allowing operators to select an appropriate clamping force according to the safety valve calibration pressure and drift diameter. This design improves testing safety and operational accuracy.
The system can be configured for manual operation or computer-assisted control, depending on testing requirements and operational standards.
