The pneumatic hydraulic pump is designed to increase the pressure of oil, water, and chemical media. The pump uses compressed air as the driving source and converts air pressure into high hydraulic pressure through a piston intensification structure.

The pump features a compact structure, low cost, and reliable operation. Depending on the model, the maximum pressure can reach 600 MPa. pumps are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, defense, mining machinery, engineering equipment, and aerospace.

The pneumatic hydraulic pump series includes M, MD, OS, OSD, OG, and OGD models, which can meet different pressure and flow requirements.

Product Description

The pneumatic hydraulic pump operates with compressed air pressure ranging from 0.1–0.8 MPa (14.5–116 PSI). The pump uses a large-diameter air piston connected to a smaller hydraulic piston. When compressed air drives the air piston, the hydraulic piston generates higher pressure according to the piston area ratio.

The OS series pump adopts a single-acting pneumatic drive structure. The pump control valve automatically switches direction, allowing the pump to operate continuously. The gas drive components are made of aluminum alloy with anodized treatment to ensure good appearance and corrosion resistance.

The hydraulic pump head can be selected as carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the working medium.

Installation & Operating Conditions

Installation Position

The pump can be installed in any position.
For optimal sealing performance and longer service life, vertical installation is recommended.

Drive Air Connection

The drive air port is located outside the pump control valve.
A compressed air filter and water separator should be installed to ensure clean air supply.

Working Temperature

Standard operating temperature range:-20°C to +60°C
