The OSD series pneumatic hydraulic pump is designed to increase the pressure of oil, water, and chemical media. It features a compact structure, high efficiency, and low operating cost. The pump works on a principle similar to a reciprocating piston intensifier.

When the outlet pressure drops, the hydraulic pump automatically compensates pressure, and the maximum pressure can reach 600 MPa. The pump is driven by compressed air or inert gas and can be selected according to different pressure and flow requirements.

Product Description

The OSD series pump is a single-drive double-acting pneumatic hydraulic pump that uses a single shuttle valve air distribution system to achieve automatic reciprocating operation.

The gas drive components are made of aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment, ensuring good corrosion resistance and durability. The liquid pump head can be selected as carbon steel or stainless steel according to the working medium, and all sealing components use high-quality seals to ensure reliable performance.

Compared with the OS series pump of the same specification, the OSD series pump has a smaller piston and about 50% higher flow rate, while maintaining similar structural characteristics and operating performance.
