The MHV-B300-S hydraulic valve test bench integrates hydraulic, mechanical, electrical control, and test medium storage and circulation systems into one complete testing platform. It supports both computer-controlled and manual operation, offering high automation while retaining operational flexibility.
The equipment adopts a flange back-clamping structure that applies no external force to the valve body, ensuring accurate test results without damaging the valve. End-face O-ring sealing allows operators to visually observe leakage positions during testing. The system supports hydraulic pressure tests and low-pressure gas tightness tests, providing comprehensive valve performance evaluation.
Applicable for DN50–DN300 straight-through flange gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, and check valves.
