product introduction

M-Series Air Driven Liquid Pump is a compact, lightweight, and highly reliable pneumatic liquid pump designed for high-pressure fluid delivery without electricity. Driven purely by compressed air, the pump uses a built-in pneumatic four-way two-position control valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion, ensuring stable pressure output and continuous operation.

This series is engineered in accordance with national standards, incorporating proven international pneumatic technologies. It is widely used in industrial pressure boosting, fluid transfer, and test systems requiring safety, portability, and easy maintenance.

Product Description

The M-Series air driven liquid pump operates through compressed air acting on a drive piston, converting pneumatic energy into high-pressure hydraulic output. The internal pneumatic control valve automatically switches the air supply, enabling continuous reciprocating movement without external electrical control.

All air-driven components are manufactured from oxidized aluminum alloy, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life. The pump head is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, allowing compatibility with a wide range of fluids.

With a maximum drive piston diameter of 80 mm and an air drive pressure of ≤ 8 bar, the M-Series delivers a wide pressure range up to 2200 bar (31,900 psi) depending on the pressure ratio model. Its compact structure, light weight, and modular pneumatic head design make it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications.

General Technical Data:

  • Drive air pressure: 1–8 bar
  • Maximum piston diameter: 80 mm
  • Maximum pressure capability: up to 2200 bar
  • Operation type: single-acting pneumatic pump
  • Power source: compressed air only
  • Electrical power: not required
