This supercritical CO2 extraction system is divided into three functional modules.
The preparation station module includes a water chiller, chilled water tank, cooling tank, and a dedicated CO2 gas-liquid booster pump. Its main function is to liquefy the CO2 from the gas cylinder and maintain the CO2 in liquid form at low temperature, then boost the pressure through the booster pump.
The extraction and separation module includes an extraction reactor, separation tank, heating water tank, equipment operation box, control valves, and pressure gauges. Its main function is to heat the CO2 to a supercritical state and pressurize it. The raw material is immersed in the reactor for extraction, and the extracted CO2 then enters the separation tank, where the essence is separated from the CO2 through changes in pressure and temperature.
The electrical control cabinet module is used for overall temperature control, pressure collection integration, total power switching control, and booster pump start-stop control. It also acts as the main power distribution point for the preparation station module and the extraction and separation module.
