The MLPS-EB-30/E-C Deep Sea Simulation Water Pressure Testing Machine is a computer-controlled water pressure test system used to simulate deep-sea pressure conditions and carry out sealing tests on workpieces with pressurized water. This equipment is a new type of pressure testing device developed by the company based on the working principle of imported gas-liquid pressurization equipment and combined with actual operating conditions.

Product Description

This equipment uses compressed air as the driving source and pressurizes the test medium water through a gas-liquid booster pump. The machine adopts a split modular design and is composed of two main parts according to function: the operation electrical control box and the test station box. It is designed with a single test station, supports hydraulic clamping and pressure holding tests, and the hydraulic clamping pressure is adjustable.

The system uses pressure sensor feedback, and is controlled by a PLC + industrial computer system. The test pressure is adjustable and the test time can be set by the user. The industrial computer sets the test pressure, and the electrical proportional valve reduces and controls the driving air pressure to obtain the required test pressure for airtightness testing.
