Product Description

Pneumatic Test Rig

The pneumatic test rig uses a high-pressure gas source prepared by the user or supplied by an integrated pressurization system to perform overpressure and leak tests.

The pressure of the high-pressure gas source is regulated by a high-precision proportional pressure reducer and output stably to the test pieces.
After reaching the preset pressure, the system automatically maintains the pressure for the specified holding time.
Once the test is completed, the system stops automatically and judges the test results.

This system features high automation, adjustable output pressure, simple operation, and reliable performance.

Hydraulic Test Rig

The hydraulic test rig uses an air-driven liquid booster pump as the core pressurization unit.

Users set the test pressure and pressure holding time through computer software or PLC.
The pneumatic proportional valve precisely controls the drive gas pressure, generating the required high-pressure liquid (hydraulic oil or water) to perform overpressure and leak tests on pressure gauge spring tube assemblies.

The system automatically completes pressurization, pressure holding, test termination, and alarm functions.
