Pressure Pulse Test Bench is a high-performance pressure fatigue testing system designed for cyclic pressure pulse testing of pressure components such as hoses, pipes and related assemblies.
The system adopts advanced hydraulic servo control technology and integrates NI measurement & control architecture with LABVIEW software, delivering stable operation, precise control and reliable long-term testing performance.

ODMT develops and customizes pressure pulse test benches according to specific customer requirements, including pressure range, pulse frequency, test medium temperature and environmental control.

Product Description

The Pressure Pulse Test Bench is used to perform pressure fatigue tests by applying controlled cyclic pressure pulses to test pieces.
By using a hydraulic system combined with intelligent servo control, the test pressure waveform, pulse frequency and cycle times can be accurately set within the controllable range.

The system integrates NI data acquisition cards and LABVIEW software to realize real-time monitoring, dynamic waveform display and automatic recording of test parameters such as pressure, temperature, pulse count and test curves.
During operation, the test bench can automatically stop when preset conditions are reached, ensuring both testing accuracy and operational safety.

In addition, ODMT can provide comprehensive testing solutions that allow control of both test medium temperature and test environment temperature according to the specific requirements of the test pieces.
