The artificial lung simulates different breathing conditions to dynamically test respirators. During testing, dynamic breathing resistance curves and related data are displayed in real time on the screen.
Test results can be printed through a connected printer or stored in the computer database for later review and traceability. The system adopts a full Chinese-language interface, making operation intuitive, efficient, and easy to learn.

Test head mold
The test head mold is used to wear the tested respirator mask during testing. The experimental head mold is installed on the artificial lung top cover. There are two configurations for the test head mold, which can be selected according to requirements.The comprehensive respirator tester can only be used for testing full face masks and cannot be directly used for testing half face masks.
Computer
There is a dedicated subdirectory in the computer of the respirator comprehensive detector, which contains dedicated operating software. Users cannot modify or delete the directory or files in it at will. Computers can also be used as regular computers without detection. The measurement unit adopts the International System of Units.

High pressure main pipe
The high-pressure main pipe is used in rapid testing mode.One end of the high-pressure main pipe is connected to the high-pressure interface behind the detector, the other end is
connected to the pressure reducer input port of the tested respirator, and the other end is connected to the gas source.The gas source can be the respirator cylinder or other gas source.
Printer (optional)
The printer is used to print reports of test results. The printer is connected to a computer, and the test results of the respirator comprehensive tester can be printed on the printer.
