The OGD-2 Series Pneumatic Hydraulic Pump is designed to boost the pressure of oil, water, and chemical media. It features a compact structure with low cost and high efficiency, and works on a reciprocating piston intensifier principle. Driven by compressed air or inert gas, it can reach pressures up to 600 MPa and automatically compensates pressure when outlet pressure drops.

Highlight provides suitable pneumatic hydraulic pumps according to application requirements. The product range includes six series: M, MD, OS, OSD, OG, and OGD, which can meet different pressure and flow requirements, and different media can be matched with different pump types.

Descripción del producto

The OGD-2 series is a double-acting pneumatic pump. Compared with the OGD series pump, the OGD-2 series can generate 2× output pressure under the same driving air pressure.

The gas drive components are made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy parts are treated by oxidation to black finish, ensuring good appearance and corrosion resistance. The liquid end material can be selected as carbon steel or stainless steel according to the working medium. The complete sealing set uses imported high-quality seals to ensure pump performance.

The driving air piston diameter of this series is 160 mm. The maximum driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure service life, it is recommended to use driving air pressure ≤ 8 bar.

Working Temperature & Recommended Drive Air Quality

  • Working temperature: Standard operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C. (Below 0°C, ensure the driving air source is dry and clean.)
  • Recommended drive air quality (PNEUROP 611/1984):
  • Air quality class: 3–4
  • Particles: max particle size 5 μm, max particle concentration 5 mg/m³
  • Dew point / water content: +10°C: 9.4 g/m³, +2°C: 5.6 g/m³
  • Oil content: 1.0–5 mg/m³
  • Note: Continuous operation with humid gas may cause icing. It is recommended to install a water separator or dryer and use a lubricator to extend seal life.
