The Pressure Gauge Cover Automatic Tightening and Leak Detection Integrated Machine is used to assemble the cover and case of the pressure gauge together.
The equipment automatically tightens the cover after the case and cover are placed on the tooling and the start button is pressed. After tightening, it automatically performs leak detection.
During operation, the case and cover are first placed on the tooling, and then the start button is pressed. The equipment will automatically tighten the cover and automatically detect leaks after tightening.
For leak testing, the system fills with gas and performs a pressure test. If there is no pressure release within the specified time, it is considered qualified.
After the test is completed, the equipment tightens and leak tests the next workpiece.
The system adopts Siemens PLC control, automatically performs tightening and leak testing, automatically determines qualified and unqualified products, and displays the result on the touch screen.
