The OD-DL-S on-line safety valve test bench adopts an advanced measurement and control concept specifically developed for in-service safety valve testing.
The system enables precise testing of safety valve opening pressure and valve core lifting behavior while the valve remains installed in the system.
A key technical innovation of this product is the introduction of two independent central processing and data acquisition modes:Cold state detection mode,Hot state detection mode
This dual-mode design allows accurate testing under different operating conditions and makes the OD-DL-S the only on-line safety valve calibration product in China capable of reliably applying both detection methods.
During testing, the system measures the pressure corresponding to different valve core opening heights, enabling evaluation of spring linearity and valve performance behavior. The testing process is fast, sensitive, safe, and highly accurate.
