Product Description

The MAQ Series Safety Valve Calibration Bench adopts an advanced equipment design principle, integrating pneumatic and hydraulic technologies to achieve stable pressure output and secure valve clamping during testing.
In this system, pneumatic liquid pressurization is used as the clamping pressure source, while a pneumatic gas booster pump is applied as the test pressure source.
The bench is equipped with a gas cylinder, enabling continuous testing operations without frequent interruption.

During operation, the test pressure can be adjusted smoothly, and the pressure rise process remains stable, which helps operators accurately determine valve opening pressure, reseating pressure, and sealing performance.
