product introduction

The OG Series Air Driven Liquid Pump is a high-pressure pneumatic liquid pump designed for continuous reciprocating operation driven by compressed air. The pump adopts a single pneumatic non-equilibrium gas distributing valve, enabling automatic to-and-fro motion without electrical power.

With a compact structure and robust mechanical design, the OG Series is suitable for liquid pressurization and transfer under various working conditions.

Product Description

The OG series pump operates through a single pneumatic non-equilibrium gas distributing valve, which automatically controls the reciprocating movement of the drive piston. This design ensures stable operation and reliable pressure output during continuous working cycles.

The drive components are manufactured from aluminum alloy and treated with black oxidation, providing corrosion resistance, improved surface durability, and a clean industrial appearance.

All fluid-contacting parts are made of carbon steel or stainless steel, selected according to the working medium. The pump is equipped with a fully imported sealing system, ensuring reliable sealing performance and stable operation under high pressure.

The drive piston diameter is 100 mm. The maximum allowable drive pressure is 10 bar, while long-term operation is recommended at air pressure ≤ 8 bar to ensure extended service life.
