OMD Series Air Driven Gas Booster Pump is a single-stage, air-driven gas boosting solution designed for high-pressure gas pressurization applications.
Based on the OMA series structure, the OMD series adopts a double pump head design, enabling higher flow stability and improved exhaust cooling performance.
It operates without electricity and is suitable for applications requiring safe, reliable, and continuous high-pressure gas boosting up to 80 MPa.

Product Description

The OMD series gas booster pump uses compressed air as the driving power to pressurize gas to the required outlet pressure.
To achieve the target pressure, the inlet gas must be pre-pressurized according to the required pressure ratio. Different inlet pressures correspond to different maximum outlet pressures.

The pump adopts the same reversing principle as the OMA series but features dual pump heads, improving efficiency and exhaust gas cooling.
The drive parts are manufactured from aluminum alloy, while gas-contact components are made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, ensuring durability and compatibility with various gases.

With a 160 mm drive piston diameter and a recommended driving air pressure of ≤8 bar, the OMD series ensures stable operation and extended service life.
Customized inlet and outlet pipeline connections can be completed according to customer requirements before delivery.
