ODMT Air Driven Liquid Booster Systems are engineered to meet diverse industrial requirements through modular and customizable design.
The system integrates a gas–liquid booster pump, liquid reservoir, control valves, pressure gauges, and safety components into a compact structure.
Operation is simple and intuitive:
users only need to connect the compressed air source to the drive air inlet and adjust the pressure regulating valve. The system automatically boosts liquid pressure to the required level, stops when the preset pressure is reached, and resumes operation when pressure drops.
With a maximum output pressure of up to 6400 bar, the system delivers reliable high-pressure performance without electricity, making it suitable for hazardous or explosion-sensitive environments.
We can produce various pneumo-hydraulic pressurization systems according to customers’ requirements. These systems can be used for pressure tensioning, hydraulic drive and control, hydraulic test, etc. The maximum pressure can be up to 6400bar.
ODMT Pneumo-hydraulic Pressurization System has compact structure and is easy to operate. What the users need to do is only to lead the drive air to the liquid port, then adjust the pressure regulating valve of the drive circuit to reach the needed working pressure.
Typical liquid pressurization operation:

Typical applications:
- Static and burst test for valves, pipe fittings, etc.
- Test for automobile brake system and nozzles.
- Chemical reagent injection into pipelines or reaction kettles.
