The OMT Series Air Driven Gas Booster Pump is a double-stage pneumatic gas booster designed to amplify extremely low inlet gas pressure into very high outlet pressure, reaching up to 80 MPa (800 bar).

Powered entirely by compressed air, the OMT Series operates without electricity and is suitable for demanding high-pressure gas applications where safety, reliability, and precise pressure amplification are required. With a wide inlet pressure range and stable double-stage boosting structure, it is especially suitable for test systems, pressure calibration, and industrial gas handling processes.

Product Description

The OMT Series gas booster pump adopts a double-stage boosting structure, allowing it to amplify very low inlet gas pressure (as low as 0.5 bar) into extremely high pressure levels up to 80 MPa.

The pump is driven by compressed air with a maximum drive gas pressure ≤ 8 bar, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The entire reversing system uses a single pneumatic non-equilibrium gas distributing valve, enabling automatic reciprocating motion without external control systems.

The main structural components are manufactured from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, ensuring strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The drive piston diameter is 160 mm, providing stable output and consistent boosting performance.

Both pump heads are designed to cool exhaust gas during operation, improving thermal stability and enhancing continuous working capability.
