The MHX-3-C comprehensive respirator detector integrates testing accuracy, automation, and operational convenience into a single system.
By simulating real breathing conditions through an artificial lung and controlled airflow, the system accurately measures respirator performance under different working quotas.
The detector supports full-face respirator testing, providing stable pressure control, data acquisition, and professional test reports, making it suitable for both routine inspections and factory quality control.
The MHX-3-C system consists of the following core components:
Test Head Mold
- Used to mount the respirator mask during testing
- Installed on the artificial lung cap
- Designed for full-face respirators only
- Two configurations available:
- Domestic standard head mold
- Canadian standard head mold
Note: Half-mask respirators cannot be tested directly due to incomplete coverage of the sampling port.
Artificial Lung
- Simulates real human breathing conditions
- Equipped with power indicator and control switch
- Rear interfaces include:220V power input,USB data I/O port,High-pressure interface
Computer & Control Software
- Dedicated testing software pre-installed
- Locked system directory to prevent accidental modification
- International unit system
- Full Chinese interface
- Generates standardized test reports
Printer (Optional)
- Used to print test results and inspection reports
High-Pressure Manifold
- Used in fast testing mode
- Connects detector, respirator pressure reducer, and air source
- Compatible with breathing air bottles and other gas sources

The working quota represents the air volume inhaled or exhaled by the artificial lung per minute.
