The 2-valve direct mount instrument manifold is suitable for compact, non-flanged pressure transmitters. Back-seating in the fully open position protects packing integrity and improves service safety. The two-piece stem design uses a hardened, non-rotating lower stem to minimize friction and wear. A screw-locked handle ensures stable operation, while stem thread lubrication is isolated from the process medium. All manifolds are pressure-tested at rated working pressure before shipment.

 

Product Description

The 2-Valve Instrument Manifold – Direct Mount (Non-Flanged Transmitter) is a block-type manifold designed for direct installation on differential pressure transmitters without flange connection.
It integrates two isolation valves within a compact body to control the high-pressure and low-pressure impulse lines of the transmitter.

The manifold connects to the process through 1/2 NPT threaded ports and mounts directly to the transmitter interface, forming a compact impulse line assembly without additional tubing adapters.
A 1/4 NPT vent/test port is provided for pressure release, calibration, or test connection.

The structure is specifically designed for coplanar or similar non-flanged pressure transmitters, enabling stable mechanical installation and reliable pressure sealing between the process line and the instrument.
The integrated block design reduces connection points and improves installation integrity in pressure measurement systems.

2-Valve Instrument Manifold – Direct Mount (Non-Flanged Transmitter)

This type of valve manifold is specially designed for Rosemount “coplanar” pressure transmitters (including models 3051C, 3051S, 2024 and 3095).
The standard configuration of each valve manifold of this model includes four 7/16″ UNF × 2.08″ high-strength bolts. It can be directly mounted to the transmitter.
