Bleed valve used together with instrument manifolds.
The bleed valve can be installed on instrument devices such as instrument manifolds or gauge valves, and is used to release system pressure to atmosphere before instrument removal or during calibration of control equipment.

Product Description

The YJ-RB bleed valve provides controlled venting of process media to atmosphere for instrument isolation and pressure release. The valve features a compact threaded body suitable for installation on gauge valves, manifolds, and transmitters.

A hardened stem with surface treatment improves wear resistance and extends service life. The precision sealing interface ensures tight shut-off even after repeated venting cycles. Multiple material options (316 SS, Alloy 400, C-276) allow compatibility with corrosive or high-temperature media.

Each valve is factory pressure-tested at rated working pressure before delivery to guarantee leak-free performance.
