The system adopts motor-fan pressurization as the main power source, and the test process is controlled through computer + PLC control with data acquisition. The equipment is designed as a comprehensive testing platform for petroleum tank accessories, integrating different test functions into one system.
For breather valves and hydraulic safety valves, the system can perform opening pressure, ventilation volume, and leakage related tests. For flame arresters, it can perform ventilation volume–pressure loss testing. The technical proposal also states that the system can perform non-standard ultra-high-pressure tests within ±50 kPa for breather valve opening pressure and leakage.

Main System Structure
The latest technical proposal divides the test bench into the following main systems:
Ventilation fan system
Composed of motor, frequency converter, fan, electric butterfly valve, flowmeter, differential pressure transmitter, accessories, and piping; used to provide large-flow pressure gas source.
Leakage system
Composed of air compressor, air filter, pressure reducing valve, solenoid reversing valve, leakage flowmeter, differential pressure transmitter, pneumatic accessories, and piping; used to provide high-pressure small-flow gas source and leakage testing conditions.
Pipe flame arrester test system
Composed of test pipes, movable supports, differential pressure transmitter, and pipe connection accessories; used for flow–pressure loss testing of pipe flame arresters.
Storage tank test system
Composed of test storage tank, manual butterfly valve, differential pressure transmitter, temperature sensor, and piping accessories; used for breather valve and pipe-end flame arrester testing.
Electrical and measurement system
Includes electrical control box, touch screen, PLC, control software, differential pressure transmitter, and flowmeter for test control and measurement.
