Electric Liquid Driven Gas Booster System is designed to amplify low-pressure gas into high-pressure output through hydraulic-driven pressurization.
With a maximum power of up to 55 kW and a maximum working pressure of 160 MPa, this system delivers high efficiency, large flow capacity, and reliable performance for demanding high-pressure gas applications.

It meets the requirements of various industries for high pressure and large gas flow, offering stable operation, energy efficiency, and flexible configuration options.

The Highlight Electric Liquid Driven Gas Booster System adopts a hydraulic driving principle to pressurize gases efficiently and safely. Hydraulic oil acts on the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, transferring force to the gas piston and compressing the gas within the booster cavity. The compressed gas is then discharged from the high-pressure cylinder in a stable and controlled manner.

During operation, the forces on both hydraulic and gas pistons maintain a dynamic balance, ensuring smooth pressurization. The system features long stroke and low operating frequency, allowing the gas to cool naturally during compression and preventing excessive outlet gas temperature.

Once the preset pressure is reached, the system automatically stops consuming energy. When pressure drops, it restarts automatically to replenish pressure, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
