The MW-6/5-55 Mixed Gas Compressor is a skid-mounted, oil-free reciprocating compressor system designed for compressing mixed gases containing hydrogen. Based on user-specified process conditions, the compressor operates with an intake pressure of 0.5 MPa and delivers a stable outlet pressure of 5.5 MPa, providing a reliable high-quality mixed gas source for industrial applications
The MW-6/5-55 mixed gas compressor unit is a complete integrated compression system consisting of a compressor host, explosion-proof motor, cooling system, lubrication system, inlet and outlet valves with filters, nitrogen sealing system, instrument display system, safety relief system, and PLC automatic control system.
The compressor adopts oil-free cylinder lubrication, using high-strength self-lubricating carbon-fiber PTFE sealing elements to ensure gas purity. A precision outlet filter further guarantees clean gas delivery. The unit supports manual and automatic operation, fault-triggered shutdown, and manual discharge, meeting high safety and reliability requirements for mixed gas handling.
