제품 소개

The pneumatic hydraulic pump is designed to boost the pressure of oil, water, and chemical media. It features a compact structure, high efficiency, and low operating cost. The working principle is similar to a reciprocating piston intensifier driven by compressed air or inert gas, with a maximum output pressure up to 600 MPa.

Highlight offers six pump series: M, MD, OS, OSD, OG, and OGD, which can meet different pressure and flow requirements for various industrial applications and media types.

제품 설명

The OG series pneumatic hydraulic pump is a single-acting pneumatic pump that uses a single shuttle valve air distribution system to achieve automatic reciprocating operation.

The gas drive section is made of aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment, providing good durability and corrosion resistance. The liquid pump head can be selected as carbon steel or stainless steel according to the working medium.

The OG series pump features a 160 mm piston diameter, providing stable high-pressure output. To ensure long service life, the recommended driving air pressure is ≤ 8 bar.
