The Liquid Test Pressure Gauge Calibration Table MFCL is designed for calibration and testing of mechanical pressure gauges using liquid pressure.

The calibration bench can be used for production commissioning, calibration and inspection of pressure gauges. According to the pressure range of the gauge to be calibrated, the appropriate model of the calibration bench can be selected.

The test medium used in the system is clean water, and the system is driven by compressed air.

The maximum calibration pressure can reach 400 MPa depending on the selected model.

The MFCL series liquid pressure gauge calibration table is a professional calibration system for pressure instrument testing.

The system uses compressed air as the driving power, which drives the liquid pressure booster device to generate high pressure for calibration.

The precision pressure control system allows the operator to adjust the valve to gradually increase the pressure, ensuring that the pressure increase and decrease during the calibration process remain stable and accurate.

All pipelines and joints adopt reliable sealing technology to avoid leakage.

The equipment adopts a closed overall structure, which is neat and convenient for operation and maintenance.

The calibration bench can calibrate two pressure gauges simultaneously, improving testing efficiency.
