The Highlight OG-2 series pneumatic hydraulic pump is used to boost the pressure of oil, water, and chemical media. It features compact structure, low cost, and high efficiency. Its design principle is similar to a reciprocating piston intensifier. When the outlet pressure decreases, the hydraulic pump automatically starts to compensate pressure. The pressure can reach 600 MPa. The pump is driven by compressed air or inert gas.

Highlight provides suitable pneumatic hydraulic pumps according to application requirements. There are six series: M, MD, OS, OSD, OG, and OGD, which can meet different pressure and flow requirements, and different media can be matched with different pump types.

Product Description

The OG-2 series pneumatic hydraulic pump is a single-acting, dual-drive head booster pump. Compared with the OG series pump, the OG-2 series can generate 2 times the output pressure under the same driving air pressure.

The gas drive section is made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy parts are treated by oxidation to black finish, ensuring good appearance and corrosion resistance. The liquid end can be selected as carbon steel or stainless steel according to the medium. The complete sealing set uses imported high-quality seals, ensuring pump performance.

The driving air piston diameter of this series is 160 mm. The maximum driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure pump service life, it is recommended to use driving air pressure ≤ 8 bar.

Installation & Connection Notes

Installation position: In principle, the Highlight pump can be installed in any position. To ensure the sealing parts reach a longer service life, vertical installation is recommended.
Port size: Please confirm that the installed ports and pipelines are within the pump pressure range. To obtain ideal flow and pressure, do not reduce the pump port size.
Drive air connection & start-up: The drive air port is located outside the pump air control reversing valve. In any case, install a compressed air filter and water separator. A pneumatic triple unit can also be used, including a filter (with water separator), pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, and air lubricator.
