The Overpressure Leakage Detection Test Table of Low Pressure Gauge is designed for overpressure and leakage testing of low pressure gauges.

The equipment uses a high-pressure gas source for testing. The gas source can be provided by the user or supplied through a gas booster pump system equipped with the machine. The system can adjust the pressure of the high-pressure gas source through a proportional high-pressure reducer to stabilize the outlet pressure.

After reaching the set pressure, the system performs a pressure holding test and automatically determines the test results.

Product Description

Model MGS-Y6-30-PB is an automated testing system developed for low pressure gauge overpressure and leakage detection.

The equipment adopts Siemens PLC control and supports manual selection of the required pressure mode with automatic control of output pressure. During testing, the system reaches the set pressure, performs the pressure holding process, and automatically stops after the holding time is completed.

The equipment features high automation, adjustable output pressure, simple operation and reliable performance.

It also supports customization of overpressure leak test benches with “non-immersion” and “immersion” specifications according to testing needs.
