• To improve repeatability and operational efficiency, the MHV-HB300/37.5-S uses a combined mechanical structure:
• Claw clamp pressing on flange end face: reduces the influence of external forces on sealing evaluation and improves stability during high-pressure tests.
• Left–right synchronized fixture movement: supports precise positioning and reduces setup time across different valve sizes.
• 90° rotatable right-side worktable: enhances accessibility for sealing checks and operational handling.
• Wide mechanical compatibility: supports valve length 203–750 mm, flange OD 190–520 mm, and flange thickness 20–83 mm, making it suitable for a broad range of DN80–DN300 flange valve formats.
