Product Features and Functions

• Test valve type: straight-through flanged butterfly valve or wafer-type butterfly valve
• Installation method: claw-type pressing and clamping at the end face, stable clamping, minimal external influence
• Sealing method between butterfly valve and blind plate: end-face O-ring sealing, easy to observe leakage position
• Test medium: water; 4–7 bar low-pressure gas (air or nitrogen) tightness test
• Completed test items: 1.5×PN hydrostatic shell test, 1.1×PN high-pressure hydrostatic sealing test, 4–7 bar low-pressure gas tightness test
• Water/air pipeline: one-way pressurization and relief; audible/visual alarm at holding-time end
