The MHV-HB600/24-S integrates hydraulic clamping, electrical control, and high/low pressure water supply into a single test station. The horizontal layout simplifies loading and positioning of large flange valves, while the claw clamp mechanism presses and fixes the valve at the flange end face to maintain stable sealing conditions during testing.
To improve operating convenience for large valves, the worktable design supports 90° rotation and left–right movement, making it easier to access sealing interfaces and adapt to different valve face-to-face lengths. The overall structure is engineered to meet workshop hydrostatic test and sealing test procedures for DN250–DN600 valves.
