This series of CNC busbar processing machines features three independent processing units: punching, shearing, and bending, which can be adjusted easily to shorten processing time and improve production efficiency.

The bending unit adopts an imported PLC control system, ensuring stable operation and high bending accuracy.
By selecting different working units and molds, the machine can perform various operations on copper and aluminum busbars, including:Shearing,Punching (round holes and oblong holes),Horizontal (flat) bending,Vertical bending,Knurling and special forming.

By changing molds, the machine can also complete special processes such as flat pressing, embossing, cable connector processing, cutting, flattening, pushing, and bending.
