Highlight Shipped Two Computer Control Safety Valve Test Benches to an African Customer

Recently, Highlight successfully completed the container loading and shipment of two sets of Computer Control Safety Valve Test Benches for an African customer. After final inspection, packaging, protection, and container loading, the project entered the delivery stage, marking another steady step forward in Highlight’s overseas safety valve testing equipment business.

From the site process, the equipment had completed export packing and container loading preparation before shipment. Forklift handling, container loading, positioning, and pre-shipment checks were carried out in an orderly manner, helping ensure a smooth delivery process and providing a good foundation for overseas transportation and follow-up installation.

The shipped equipment corresponds to Highlight’s Banc d'essai des soupapes de sûreté à commande informatisée. According to the product page, this system is mainly used for set pressure testing, reseating pressure testing, and sealing performance testing of safety valves. It is suitable for both direct-loaded safety valves and pilot-operated safety valves. The standard valve size range is DN15–DN400, with a maximum test pressure of 48 MPa, and higher pressure configurations can be provided according to project requirements.

From the system design perspective, the equipment combines a pneumatically controlled hydraulic clamping system with a gas booster test pressure source. The clamping pressure source and the testing pressure source are independent from each other, which helps achieve more stable clamping force and more reliable pressure control during safety valve testing.
