The piston pressure gauge test station adopts a piston and piston cylinder made of cemented tungsten carbide material with high strength, high hardness and low temperature linear expansion coefficient.
After careful grinding, the piston and cylinder ensure stable performance in a wide working temperature environment.
The working pressure medium above 2.5MPa uses specially selected silicone oil with very low viscosity, ensuring that the pressure gauge has extremely high sensitivity.
The pressure adjustment system is light and labor-saving, allowing easy pressure adjustment even at 100MPa.

Calibration Capability
The calibration table is designed for testing flange-type pressure gauges, supporting gauges with flange diameters from 15 mm to 125 mm.
The equipment can perform both vacuum pressure calibration and high-pressure liquid calibration, depending on the selected configuration.
