제품 소개

The MDJB series wide-range piston pressure gauge is extremely stable. The working medium of the piston uses specially selected silicone oil, which makes the pressure gauge extremely sensitive.

The newly developed piston pressure gauge is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the latest national “Piston Pressure Gauge Test Station” verification regulations (JJG59-2007).

Because its key components use tungsten carbide materials with high hardness and low temperature linear expansion coefficient, the wear resistance of the piston is improved and the deformation after pressure is extremely small (negligible), ensuring stable performance.

Due to the use of new materials, new technologies and new processes, the technical indicators of the new piston pressure gauge test station have been greatly improved.

The piston pressure gauge test station adopts a piston and piston cylinder made of cemented tungsten carbide material with high strength, high hardness and low temperature linear expansion coefficient.

After careful grinding, the piston and cylinder ensure stable performance in a wide working temperature environment.

The working pressure medium above 2.5MPa uses specially selected silicone oil with very low viscosity, ensuring that the pressure gauge has extremely high sensitivity.

The pressure adjustment system is light and labor-saving, allowing easy pressure adjustment even at 100MPa.

캘리브레이션 기능

이 교정 테이블은 플랜지형 압력 게이지를 테스트하기 위해 설계되었으며, 플랜지 직경이 15mm에서 125mm인 게이지를 지원합니다.
