Recently, Highlight successfully completed the commissioning of an Atmospheric Storage Tank Accessories Comprehensive Test Bench. The project moved forward as planned, and the equipment has entered the stage of functional confirmation and application coordination.
From the on-site progress, the main structure, control system, and related testing stations have been installed and commissioned. This provides a solid foundation for the next stage of formal testing and project application.

The commissioned system corresponds to Highlight’s Aksesori Tangki Penyimpanan Minyak Bumi Seluler Bangku Uji Komprehensif. According to the product page, this equipment is a comprehensive testing platform designed for petroleum storage tank accessories, mainly used for the testing of breather valves, hydraulic safety valves, and flame arresters. It can cover testing requirements for DN50–DN300 breather valves / hydraulic safety valves and DN50–DN250 flame arresters. The main test parameters include opening pressure, ventilation flow, leakage performance, and the flow–pressure loss relationship of flame arresters.
From the functional perspective, the system uses motor-fan pressurization as the main power method, while the test process and data acquisition are controlled by computer + PLC. The product page also shows that the equipment can perform positive pressure opening pressure tests, negative pressure opening pressure tests, positive ventilation flow tests, negative ventilation flow tests, as well as flame arrester flow–pressure loss tests. In addition, it supports opening pressure and leakage tests for non-standard ultra-high-pressure breather valves within ±50 kPa.

The value of this kind of comprehensive test bench lies in integrating multiple tank accessory testing functions into one system. The product page explains that the equipment uses a fan mode for low-pressure large-flow testing and an air compressor mode for high-pressure small-flow testing. It also supports both manual control mode and computer automatic smooth pressure-rise mode, making it more adaptable to different testing conditions.
In terms of system structure, the equipment mainly includes a ventilation fan system, leakage system, pipe flame arrester test system, storage tank test system, and electrical measurement system. The ventilation fan system provides large-flow gas supply, the leakage system provides high-pressure small-flow gas and leakage test conditions, and the storage tank test system is used for breather valve and pipe-end flame arrester testing. This integrated design makes the system more suitable for multi-item comprehensive testing and on-site application support.

The completion of this commissioning work once again reflects Highlight’s engineering capability in tank accessory testing equipment, pressure testing systems, and fluid control testing solutions. As presented on the website, Highlight has long focused on the design and manufacturing of pressure testing equipment and fluid control testing systems, while supporting both standard models and project-based customization.
As the project continues to move forward, Highlight will keep supporting the follow-up application work and further optimize equipment operation and on-site technical service, providing customers with more stable, professional, and reliable tank accessory testing solutions.
