This 2-valve instrument manifold is designed for direct mounting on flanged pressure transmitters with a coplanar interface. The back-sealed valve structure improves isolation performance during installation and servicing. A two-piece stem design with a non-rotating lower stem reduces packing wear and valve seat abrasion. The upper stem thread is roll-hardened and lubricated, with grease isolated from the process fluid. Each unit is tested at rated pressure before shipment.

This direct-mount 2-valve manifold integrates seamlessly with transmitters using an MSS SP-99 flanged interface. The manifold includes an isolation valve and vent valve, allowing safe shutdown and pressure release during installation, calibration, or maintenance.

The valve employs a two-piece stem with non-rotating lower stem motion, reducing packing friction and seat wear. The roll-hardened upper stem thread is lubricated and isolated from process media, ensuring smooth operation and long-term sealing reliability.
