제품 소개

This 5-valve coplanar instrument manifold is engineered for direct mounting on flanged differential pressure transmitters. It integrates isolation, equalization, and venting functions in a compact structure. The back-seated valve design improves safety and sealing reliability. A hardened non-rotating lower stem reduces wear during frequent operation, while the upper stem lubrication is isolated from process media. Each manifold is factory-tested at rated pressure prior to shipment.

The 5-Valve Instrument Manifold – Direct Mount (Coplanar, Flanged Transmitter) is a compact differential pressure manifold valve designed for direct mounting to coplanar or flanged differential pressure transmitters.
It integrates two isolation valves, one equalizing valve, and two vent/test valves into a single block structure, enabling safe isolation, calibration, venting, and pressure balancing during differential pressure measurement.

The manifold adopts standardized flange mounting and NPT threaded interfaces, ensuring compatibility with mainstream DP transmitters and industrial process instrumentation systems.
