제품 소개

The MDV-600/15-2S Hydraulic Butterfly Valve Test Bench (Sleeve Type) is a dedicated test bench for pressure testing of straight-through flanged butterfly valves and wafer-type butterfly valves. It provides two working ranges on one set of equipment: DN50–DN250 and DN250–DN600. The bench is used to complete the specified test items, including 1.5×PN hydrostatic shell test, 1.1×PN high-pressure hydrostatic sealing test, and 4–7 bar low-pressure gas tightness test (air or nitrogen).

The MDV-600/15-2S sleeve-type hydraulic butterfly valve test bench integrates hydraulic system, electrical control system, high/low-pressure water pump pressure supply device, oil pressure / water pressure / gas pressure instrumentation system, control valve system, clamping worktable system, and medium circulation storage tank into one unit. The test process and results meet relevant requirements.

The test bench uses a claw-type clamping structure to directly clamp the butterfly valve at the flange end face. The clamping mechanism is driven by hydraulic cylinders for operation.
