The MLQP-63/2-C Cylinder Hydrostatic Test Machine is a hydrostatic testing system designed for the periodic inspection of seamless gas cylinders. The equipment is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with GB/T 13004-2016 and GB/T 9251-2011, and is mainly used for the hydrostatic test of seamless gas cylinders and the evaluation of residual deformation and deformation form under pressure. The test data is recorded, collected, and printed under computer control.

Product Description

The equipment uses a special operating cabinet and is equipped with an air driven liquid booster pump. The system includes dual pipeline arrangements, and the machine can carry out hydrostatic testing on seamless gas cylinders under computer-controlled operation. The industrial computer can complete the whole testing process, including empty cylinder weighing, water filling, full cylinder weighing, and water pressure testing. Through the test, the system automatically measures the volume residual deformation rate of the gas cylinder.

The machine is equipped with a compatible interface for connection with an external code scanning device, and cylinder information can be entered either manually or by scanning.
