The MHV-VD100/64-S Vertical Top-Press Valve Test Bench is a dedicated valve pressure testing system designed for workshop and inspection use. It features a vertical top-press clamping structure and an integrated flip-type sedimentation water tank, enabling efficient hydrostatic testing and sealing verification with convenient water circulation and sediment removal.

This valve test bench is suitable for testing DN15–DN100 valves, supporting multiple pressure classes and stable testing performance for routine quality inspection and maintenance applications.

This system adopts a vertical top-press (top-loading) clamping design, which minimizes valve structure limitations and improves positioning efficiency. The bench integrates hydraulic power, electrical control, and high/low pressure test pressure supply, forming a complete valve test station.

A key feature of this model is the flip sedimentation tank, which supports water-based testing. Sediment settles in the tank, and the flip structure makes cleaning and maintenance easier—helping keep the test medium cleaner and improving long-term stability in continuous testing environments.
