• Dual-worktable structure covering DN250–DN1200 butterfly valve testing ranges
• Supports specified test items: 1.5×PN shell, 1.1×PN high-pressure sealing, and 4–7 bar low-pressure gas tightness testing
• High/low-pressure staged water supply: 0–1.6 MPa low-pressure filling; 1.6–20.0 MPa high-pressure range
• After reaching required test pressure: no automatic stop function
• Bottom circulation tank with rust inhibitor (powder) to reduce rust/corrosion as specified
• One-way pressurization/relief pipeline design with holding-time audible/visual alarm

• Piston rods: 4 × Ø110 mm
• Max clamping force: 320 tons

Right Worktable (DN600–DN1200)：

Tested valve structure length: 154–630 mm

• Tested valve flange outer diameter: Ø840–Ø1530 mm
• Claw disc spacing: 410–960 mm
• Clamping cylinders: 6 × Ø250 mm
• Piston rods: 6 × Ø135 mm
• Max clamping force: 550 tons
