The MDV-1200/15-2S Butterfly Valve Test Bench (Horizontal Claw Type) is used for pressure testing of butterfly valves with a dual-worktable configuration. It covers two testing ranges on one set of equipment: DN250–DN600 and DN600–DN1200.

Product Description

The MDV-1200/15-2S integrates the hydraulic system, electrical control system, high/low-pressure water pump pressure supply device, oil/water/gas pressure instrumentation system, control valve system, clamping worktable system, and a medium circulation storage tank into one test station.

The bench adopts a claw-type clamping structure to clamp the tested butterfly valve. The equipment supports the specified test procedure and test items, including hydrostatic and low-pressure gas tightness testing.
