The MHV-HD65/64-S integrates a hydraulic system, electrical control system, high/low pressure test supply, and test fixtures into one compact station. The bench adopts a horizontal top-press structure, where the top-press cylinder applies stable clamping force to the valve during testing to ensure safe positioning and reliable sealing conditions.
The sealing interface between the valve and blind plate uses an end-face O-ring sealing method, supporting common workshop sealing requirements. The bench supports both water-based hydrostatic testing and low-pressure gas tightness test conditions (4–7 bar) as required by typical valve inspection processes.
