The 5-valve direct mount instrument manifold is engineered for direct installation on non-flanged differential pressure transmitters used in demanding process industries. The manifold combines two isolation valves, one balance valve, and two bleed /test valves to provide full pressure control during operation, calibration, and maintenance.
The back-seating valve design enhances sealing reliability when fully open, protecting packing integrity. A two-piece stem with a hardened non-rotating lower section minimizes friction and wear, ensuring long-term stability. The roll-hardened upper stem thread is lubricated and isolated from process media, improving durability and cleanliness.
Each manifold is precision-machined from high-strength material and factory pressure-tested at rated working pressure before shipment to ensure safety and leak-tight performance.

This type of valve manifold is specially designed for Rosemount “coplanar” pressure transmitters (including models 3051C, 3051S, 2024 and 3095).
The standard configuration of each valve manifold of this model includes four 7/16″ UNF × 2.08″ high-strength bolts. It can be directly mounted to the transmitter.
