Deyang Flow Meter Housing Airtightness Test Bench Commissioning Training and Pressure Reducing Valve Maintenance Project Completed

Recently, Highlight successfully completed a commissioning training project for a Bangku Uji Kedap Udara Rumah Pengukur Aliran in Deyang, along with the maintenance and repair work of an aging pressure reducing valve system. The project was carried out to improve equipment operational stability, ensure accurate airtightness testing performance, and extend the service life of existing pressure control systems.

From the on-site execution perspective, the technical team carried out systematic commissioning of the airtightness test system, including control system verification, pressure stability calibration, and sealing performance validation of the flow meter housing test process. Through step-by-step debugging and functional testing, the equipment was brought into stable operating condition, ensuring that all test parameters met expected performance requirements.

It is designed to evaluate whether the tested components can maintain structural integrity under controlled pressure conditions. In addition to the commissioning work, the project also included the maintenance and repair of an old pressure reducing valve system.
