Recently, Highlight successfully completed a commissioning training project for a Durchflussmessergehäuse Luftdichtheitsprüfstand in Deyang, along with the maintenance and repair work of an aging pressure reducing valve system. The project was carried out to improve equipment operational stability, ensure accurate airtightness testing performance, and extend the service life of existing pressure control systems.

From the on-site execution perspective, the technical team carried out systematic commissioning of the airtightness test system, including control system verification, pressure stability calibration, and sealing performance validation of the flow meter housing test process. Through step-by-step debugging and functional testing, the equipment was brought into stable operating condition, ensuring that all test parameters met expected performance requirements.

Die Durchflussmessergehäuse Luftdichtheitsprüfstand is mainly used for airtightness and sealing performance testing of flow meter housings and related components. It is designed to evaluate whether the tested components can maintain structural integrity under controlled pressure conditions. The system ensures stable pressurization, accurate pressure holding, and reliable leakage detection, which are critical for industrial flow measurement equipment quality control.

In addition to the commissioning work, the project also included the maintenance and repair of an old pressure reducing valve system. After long-term operation, the valve system showed issues such as unstable pressure regulation and reduced sealing efficiency. The technical team carried out disassembly, cleaning, replacement of sealing elements, and functional recalibration. After refurbishment, the system restored stable pressure control capability and improved overall safety performance.

During the project, Highlight engineers also provided on-site operational training for customer technicians. The training covered system startup procedures, pressure control logic, airtightness testing operation flow, safety precautions, and daily maintenance guidelines. This ensured that the customer team could independently operate the system and perform routine maintenance after project handover.
