The MAQ Series Safety Valve Calibration Bench is a professional testing system designed for the calibration and performance verification of safety valves under controlled pressure conditions.
The equipment adopts a hydraulic clamping device with adjustable clamping force, and is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the corresponding clamping force.，The equipment is mainly used to test the set pressure, setback pressure, and tightness performance of both direct loaded safety valves and pilot operated safety valves.

With a stable pressure boosting system and reliable mechanical structure, the MAQ series calibration bench is suitable for applications where accurate pressure control and repeatable testing results are required.

The MAQ Series Safety Valve Calibration Bench adopts an advanced equipment design principle, integrating pneumatic and hydraulic technologies to achieve stable pressure output and secure valve clamping during testing.
In this system, pneumatic liquid pressurization is used as the clamping pressure source, while a pneumatic gas booster pump is applied as the test pressure source.
The bench is equipped with a gas cylinder, enabling continuous testing operations without frequent interruption.

During operation, the test pressure can be adjusted smoothly, and the pressure rise process remains stable, which helps operators accurately determine valve opening pressure, reseating pressure, and sealing performance.

One testing seat including one clamping unit is used for DN15~DN200 testing, and multiple testing fixtures can be equipped to meet the testing requirements of various series of safety valves.

The test bench can also be customized according to customer required size, pressure, and medium.
