The MDV-2000/3.75-S Horizontal Claw-Type Butterfly Valve Test Bench is a pressure testing bench used for butterfly valves and check valves. It is applicable to straight-through flanged or wafer-type butterfly valves within DN1000–DN2000.
MDV-2000/3.75-S integrates the hydraulic system, electrical control system, high/low-pressure water pump pressure supply device, oil pressure / water pressure / gas pressure instrumentation system, control valve system, clamping worktable system, and medium circulation storage tank.
The bench uses a claw-type clamping structure to clamp the valve flange end face. The clamping force is adjustable. The sealing between the butterfly valve and blind plate uses an end-face O-ring sealing method, and the leakage position can be observed.

Water & Air Circuit and Product Configuration
A) Water & Air Circuit Functional Notes (as specified)
- Low-pressure pump: self-priming, large-flow water filling; full-load pressure 0–1.6 MPa
- High-pressure pump: driven by the hydraulic system to reciprocate the plunger; pressure range 1.6–10.0 MPa
- Water/air pipeline: one-way pressurization and pressure relief; audible and visual alarm when holding time is reached
- Bottom circulation storage medium tank; rust inhibitor (powder) is added as specified to reduce corrosion
