The Oil-Free High Pressure Oxygen Compressor is designed for safe and stable oxygen pressurization where clean gas compression, high discharge pressure, and reliable continuous operation are required. It is suitable for industrial oxygen systems, oxygen boosting processes, high-pressure oxygen supply lines, and customized gas compression projects.

As an oilless high pressure O2 compressor, this machine is built around the principle of “safety first and performance stability.” The design focuses on low-speed heavy-duty operation, controlled inter-stage pressure and temperature, and reliable shutdown protection when abnormal temperature conditions occur.

The Oilless High Pressure O2 Compressor is developed for oxygen compression applications where equipment safety, stable performance, and clean gas handling are critical. The compressor adopts an oilless design concept and is configured for high-pressure oxygen boosting with controlled compression stages.

The series uses a low-speed, heavy-load design to help extend the service life of easily worn parts while reducing noise and vibration during operation. Its smaller pressure ratio design helps control suction pressure, discharge pressure, and exhaust temperature at each stage. If abnormal temperature conditions occur, the machine is designed to shut down for safer operation.

The system also uses large-diameter, low-flow-rate pipeline valve design to support smoother gas flow and enhance the safety and stability of the oxygen compression process. Model selection can be customized according to inlet pressure, final discharge pressure, capacity, cooling method, and site installation requirements.
